1. In this section you may search the Takazawa Collection's indexes for items associated with a particular person, organization, publication, or keyword. The keywords include specific events, social movements, and concepts, as well as general categories of materials.	このセクションでは、特定の人物、組織、出版物又はキーワードに関連したアイテムについて、高沢文庫のインデックスを検索することが出来ます。キーワードには、資料の一般的分類と共に特定の事件･出来事、社会運動、そして概念が含まれます。
2. Select an index from the choices listed above.	上の選択肢からインデックスを選んでください。
3. When the index page opens, click on an alphabet letter or kana character to begin the search. If you choose an alphabet letter, the list of search terms beginning with that letter will appear in English alphabetical order. If you choose a kana character, the list of search terms beginning with that kana range will appear in kana order. The search terms will be displayed simultaneously in both Japanese and in romanization or English. For foreign names and keywords, the alphabetical sequence is based on the standard English spelling or translation of the term, which may differ considerably from the Japanese version.	インデックスのページが開いたら、アルファベットかかな文字をクリックし検索を始めます。アルファベットの文字を選択した場合、その文字から始まる検索結果のリストは英語のアルファベット順に表示されます。かな文字を選択した場合、そのかな文字の行に属する検索結果のリストが五十音順に表示されます。検索結果は、日本語と日本語のローマ字表記または英語の両方で表示されます。日本語以外の名前やキーワードのアルファベットの配列は英語による標準的綴り又はその英訳に基づいており、日本語表記からはかけ離れているアイテムもあります。
4. If you do not find the search term you want, you may easily change the selection to bring up a new list. When you find the term you wish to search, click on it to view all the items in the Takazawa Collection that have been linked to that term. At present, only items in the book bibliography have been linked. As additional bibliographies for other types of materials in the collection are added to the website these items will be included in the search results.	検索目的の言葉が見つからない場合でも、容易に選択を変更し新たなリストを表示することが出来ます。検索したい言葉が見つかった場合、その言葉をクリックすれば、高沢文庫内でその言葉にリンクされているアイテム全てが表示されます。現段階では、本の文献目録のみがリンクされています。文庫内のその他の種類の資料については、作業の進展に伴い随時ウェブサイトに追加する予定です。
5. The initial result of your search will display the title of the item, the type of item, and the type of link, in both Japanese and romanization. The same title may appear more than once if it is linked to the search term in different ways (i.e., as author, editor, publisher, or as a keyword for the item’s content).	最初の検索結果ではアイテムのタイトル、種類、そしてリンクのタイプが日本語とそのローマ字表記で表示されます。検索した言葉が二つ以上の方法でリンクされている場合、つまり著者名、編集者、出版社、又はアイテムの内容内のキーワードとして複数リンクされている場合、同じタイトルが重複して表示される場合があります。
6. If you would like to view the full bibliographic citation and annotation for an item listed in the search results, click on the item.	検索結果に表示されているアイテムの参照文献全体や簡略な内容説明を表示したい場合、そのアイテムをクリックしてください。
7. If you wish to print out the results of your search, first click in the window where the information appears. You may also highlight a portion of the display and copy and paste it to an MSWord file. You may need to change to a Japanese font to view the characters correctly.	検索結果を印刷したい場合、まずその情報が表示されているウィンドウをクリックしてください。結果表示の一部をハイライトし、MSWordファイルへコピー･アンド･ペーストを行うことも可能です。文字を適切に表示するには日本語フォントに変更する必要がある場合もあります。
